RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed, non-sale clothing with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY. All candles, votive s, planters, ornaments, beauty products, and gift sets may be returned as long as they are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY, no refunds. We do not offer refunds.
Several items we sell are final sale. With this in mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on! Sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. (This includes ALL Outfits of the Week, Weekly Faves and/or Featured Sale items). ALL ITEMS ENDING IN $.99 at the time of purchase are FINAL SALE.
Due to hygiene reasons all intimates, seamless + bralettes, bodysuits, hats and beanies are final sale. Accessories, jewelry, handbags, home decor are also final sale only. (We like to think of it as true love.)
STEP 1. BEFORE YOU RETURN
Be sure you read the list of final sale items above to ensure that you do not send back a non-returnable item. Final sale items, or items outside of the return window, will be sent back so we'd love to avoid this
STEP 2. PREPARE YOUR RETURN
Neatly package and return the shipment to us. You MUST include your original order number, contact information, and reasons for return. All items must be in original garment packaging, tags attached with no signs of wear.
STORE CREDIT | Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received at our warehouse in Bridgeport Tx.. You will be issued store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges and/or restocking fee. Items returned that are final sale will be REFUSED. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.
orders under $100.00 are a flat rate shipping of $7.95. US orders only.
Orders over $100.00 are free shipping. US orders only.
We will no longer be offering express shipping through the website. If you need your order shipped faster than the normal shipping, please contact us through our storefront or through our facebook page.
We do not ship on weekends. The shipping center is closed on weekends.
We ship through the USPS.
All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.
The Catch: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
**Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. This means you CANNOT use the shoe box as the main shipping container, please place shoe box inside of a separate box or bag.**
Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
